3/2/2024 0 Comments Synergy badminton courtTo maintain the new clubhouse facilities, the revised membership subscription fees of thirty dollars for all members, except full-time NSFs and Spouse Members, will take effect from November 2015. Operationally ready National Servicemen (NSmen) officers can also join as a Term Member for five years at fees as well. Ex-regulars can choose to rejoin the club as an Associate Member at a fee. Membership is automatic with no entrance fee for all in-service SAF officers. The membership base has grown over the years to its present base of around 16,000. The club has also acquired big inflatable playgrounds for children. The club encourages the use of swimming pool for unit cohesion. In addition to popular group activities such as Tai Chi, bowling and billiards, the club intends to organise outdoor activities such as running, biking and hiking at the Nature Reserve nearby. Temasek Club organises a range of activities for all ages. Two Chinese and Asian Mediterranean (Halal) restaurants.A banquet hall which can host up to 60 tables. Two outdoor tennis courts, a turfed futsal court and an adventure park.A 50-metre swimming pool with a poolside Jacuzzi and an adjacent children’s wet playground.A multi-purpose hall comprising four badminton courts which can be converted to basketball and indoor futsal court.The main facilities of the clubhouse are: It has also achieved the Green Mark Platinum Award. The clubhouse is environmentally friendly, using natural ventilation and tinted glass, and thus energy-efficient. Temasek Club aims to promote greater interaction amongst the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) officers, senior military experts and their families as well as to build cohesion within MINDEF/SAF units.
